I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for your fast and efficient response to my request for help on Monday. It was very kind of Paul to offer to do the job straight away, I couldn't have asked for better service. I apologise on behalf of my cat and hope he doesn't leave any more unwanted 'presents' to clean up.

Thank you so much for your work on the dining room carpet, it's good to know I don't have to worry about picking up any more nasty bugs as a result.
