I just wanted to let you know how grateful I am for your fast and efficient response to my request for help on Monday. It was very kind of Paul to offer to do the job straight away, I couldn't have asked for better service. I apologise on behalf of my cat and hope he doesn't leave any more unwanted 'presents' to clean up.
